I returned my shoes (not worn) that didn't fit on Wednesday, June 4th 2018. Tracking showed me the package arrived at GoJane the following day.

On Friday, the 6th they emailed me and said my refund was complete back to my Mastercard, the original payment method. No credit was pending. I waited until Wednesday, no credit. I called the bank and they advised there is no credit coming in from GoJane.

No one answers GoJane customer service so I emailed them again, they advised me my refund was preformed on Friday the 6th and I should wait another few days. I NEED MY MONEY, THEY ARE INCORRECT AND I WANT MY REFUND.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $30.
